Embedded with quirky comedy, this romantic tale follows the twists and turns in the life of Unni, and intelligent young man with a zest for life. As his family is languishing under deep debt, he works hard as a cab driver in the day and an assistant in a photography studio in the evening. At this juncture, he becomes associated as a guide and driver for John Fernandez, a wealthy American citizen who wishes to spend his holidays in Ootty. Unni becomes his close aide. Later, he finds out that the American is in search of a young woman. He takes on the assignment of investigating into the whereabouts of this young girl, identifying her and handing her over to John Fernandez. For this, he would get paid a handsome amount that would free his family from the burden of debt. However, while the wily Unni does succeed in finding the girl, he also ends up falling in love with her. It is only then that questions arise – why is John Fernandez so intent on finding her? What are his true intentions towards the girl?
