Pizza 3 (2018)

Humorous and haunting, this horror story revolves around Suriya (‘Jithan’ Ramesh), who belongs to an impoverished family that never owned a house of their own. In order to fulfill his father's dream, he has worked hard all his life to earn enough to buy a place of his own. So, when a property worth ₹ 2 crore is placed in the market at a steal for just ₹ 50 lakhs, he grabs it with both hands.

It's only when he moves into the house that a neighbour lets him know that the house is haunted. When he begins living alone in the house, he begins experiencing terrifying paranormal events. A vengeful female spirit inhabits the house and makes life hell for him. With the police unable to help Suriya, how will his future unfold? Will he ever find peace in his own house?
