Tamil language Film (with English subtitles) about the landmines issue in Sri Lanka. A young Tamil woman, Selvi, along with her infant child, flees her native village during the last stages of the ethnic war between the Srilankan Army and the LTTE in Sri Lanka. While crossing the fields, Selvi finds herself stranded on a minefield. Right then, Asoka, a Srilankan Army Lieutenant, bisects her. Asoka suspects Selvi to be a militant courier for the LTTE. But Selvi claims that she is just an innocent civilian trying to save her baby. Will she be able to save herself and her baby from the minefield and the Srilankan Army?. The story unfolds in real time.
