Khoon Ki Holi Ek Pratighat (2013)

High school freshman Hodaka Morishima leaves his house and lives his days in isolation at the city of Tokyo. He finds a steady job as a writer for a shady occult magazine. After he gets his job a realization occurs that its been raining for days and on a bus trip he meets a girl named Hina Amano, a girl who has the magical ability to stop the rains and clear the sky.
