This offbeat drama revolves around Arjun, an exceptional youngster with an adventurous life. On his fourth birthday, his parents Raja Krishna Narayan and Madhabi decided to travel to his maternal uncle's home to celebrate the occasion.
When they were returning, Arjun was separated from his family in an accident. Lost and alone, the young Arjun was found and adopted by the leader of a community of snake charmers.
The snake charmers begin calling him Shiba. Shiba grows up with them and takes up their way of life, becoming a snake charmer himself. In his youth, he falls in love with Radha, a beautiful young girl who belongs to the same community of snake charmers.
One day, Shiba saves the life of a stranger who was dying of snake bite. In a complex sequence of events that ensue, Shiba discovers that the stranger is none other than Madhabi, his biological mother. As a result, Shiba returns to live with his biological parents and settles down into a westernised life of comfort and luxury.
However, despite objection from his birth parents, Shiba returns to the community of snake charmers, marries Radha and is forced to cut off ties from his parents. Even as his parents desperately attempt to locate him and convince him to return, his father Krishna Narayan is bitten by a snake. Will Radha and Shiba return in time to save him? Will Shiba's birth parents realise the error of their ways and accept Radha as their daughter-in-law?
