Two smokers, some whiskey, a bike with little petrol and NO cigarettes! The film 'HIGH & DRY' is inspired from a series of fabricated events and virtual characters that cause them. The film has absolutely no social message to give but speaks a lot of the famous theory - "Everything that can go wrong will go wrong".
