Raja is in love with a beautiful young woman named Priya, who is also attracted to him, and invites him and his friends over for her birthday party. Priya's brother, Inspector Vijay Chauhan does not like Raja, and is suspicious of him, and humiliates him. But Priya is adamant, and refuses to listen to Vijay. Priya soon changes her mind when Vijay comes up with evidence that Raja is the son of a hit-man gangster by the name of James; and Raja is wanted for the murder of two women, Professor Verma, and a male watchman named Bandruddin, who allegedly saw him kill the two women and the professor. Raja is on the run from the law, and the only way he can prove himself innocent is by bringing the real culprit to Vijay Chauhan - that is - if there is another culprit.
