Beatrice, a vivacious and beautiful 40-year-old woman writes a book on her life with her husband Frederic post the life altering accident which rendered him visually impaired. The accident left him with a horrible side effect of saying his unfiltered thoughts out loud. She takes her Frederic and their kids to the Basque country along with her friends.
Even if Beatrice changed the names in her book, some old quarrels and secret jealousies begin to crop up at once and things become worse when Frederic is the only person who speaks without a filter.
