Achamindri (2016)

This socially relevant saga sparks off with an honest official from the education department using his life in a bomb blast. An honest police officer, Sathya tries to identify those responsible for the crime.

On the personal front, Sathya is on the verge of getting married to his childhood sweetheart, Shruti.

Shakthi is a petty thief and criminal, who falls in love with Malarvizhi, a fearless and forthright young woman from a middle-class background.

When Malarvizhi is threatened by personal assistant of the Minister for education, for filing a re-evaluation request on behalf of her maid's daughter; Shakti is targeted by goons for stealing from a gangster; and Sathya is attacked by his own friend and fellow police officer Saravanan (Bharat Reddy) as he starts digging into the death of Shruti; all their lives become intricately intertwined.

Why was Shruti murdered? Can Sathya and Shakthi join hands to identify and expose the true culprits?
